Improving study posture for myopia management

1. Sit up & keep the distance between your head and the screen about 20 inches.
2. Follow the 20-20-20 rule which states for every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds or more.
3. Let natural sunlight in the room while you are studying.

These 3 tips can all play a role in slowing down the progression of myopia. Improving study posture is an important part of a successful myopia management program.
